Habanero Pepper - VOLCANIC
See the wholesale price
This small pepper harvested in Ecuador is very popular, especially in Guyana where its cultivation is difficult. It has a flavor close to a cayenne pepper with its notes of sundried tomato, but its spiciness is more like a habanero. You can use it in dishes that will allow it to rehydrate (ex: stews, sauces ...). If you don't want to stumble upon a chunk of chili, use an infuser when cooking. Do not hesitate to taste your dish regularly to remove it when you have reached the desired strength. For extra warmth, you can split it open.
