The family factory for your good gut feeling

Since 2006, we have been producing our non-alcoholic fermented drinks under the name KRÄUTERBAERRY (formerly called Kräuterbeer) and other fermented products in our family factory in Stralsund on the Baltic coast. 

In 2011, sales were taken over by the second generation. 


Our mission
We create a lasting good gut feeling for people, animals and nature by living in harmony with these three with the help of fermented products as well as ideas and concepts that strengthen the good gut feeling on a physical, mental, emotional and human level. 


Our quality promise

KRÄUTERBAERRY is ORGANIC, just like our products for the garden (TerraBioPower) and for your pets (BIKRÄFL) – we only use the best ingredients. 

These are all organic products and are subject to strict, recurring controls both in their production and in our processing.
 
Our products are under constant control at least. 

Fermented for 3 weeks to maintain the optimal number of probiotic bacteria and to fully convert the sugar from the sugar cane molasses.
 
Quality is important – that’s why every batch is tested in an independent laboratory

From weighing the ingredients, to setting them up for fermentation, to bottling and labeling - we do everything by hand.
