The different grape marcs are left to ferment together for 30 to 60 days. The whole is then distilled by discontinuous distillation in a copper still, the heads and tails are carefully cut. The distillate is then stored in inert stainless steel containers, awaiting conditioning. This crystalline grappa is characterized by an intense, persistent and balanced fragrance. On the palate, its harmonious flavor is pleasantly sweet and particularly refined. 50cl bottle. 40% alc/vol
