Liquor resulting from the maceration in a mixture of Sardinian wine brandy and spring water of about 1kg of myrtle is used per bottle, which is 3 times more than the average of other myrtle liqueurs. Complex and multiple on the nose, beyond the intense myrtle, we distinguish other aromas typical of the maquis: aromatic herbs, bay leaf, sage and plum jam. On the palate, these aromas come together between sweet and bitter, in a very refined way. Dry finish with Mediterranean flavors. To be enjoyed very fresh as a digestif or in a cocktail. Made according to the traditional Sardinian family recipe dating back to the 19th century. 30% alc/vol
