After 10 years selling harissa from Tunisia, Morocco, France and even Italy, we have found that there are as many recipes as there are mothers who prepare good spicy dishes.
We have decided to create authentic and fragrant recipes that will please both insiders and new consumers looking for something new.
We have created a range of three harissa sauces.
- the harissa sauce: the authentic one that enhances your dishes
- harissa with olive oil and honey: a harissa that surprises with its sweetness before the spiciness catches up with you (tsunami effect)
- harissa with ground rose petals: a fragrant product that has inspired more than one recipe for famous chef Yotam Ottolenghi.
