Cebo Iberian Ham with artisanal curing. Obtained from the hind legs of Iberian pigs from our farm. A snack appreciated for its smooth texture and delicious flavor. Iberian ham has regular specks of intramuscular fat that give it its tasty flavor. The hams are produced following centuries-old artisanal methods used by the ham masters in the heart of the Iberian industry, Guijuelo. The healing process lasts up to 26 months. The pack includes 100 grams of sliced ham in the most delicate way.
