IBERIAN LOIN PIECE SAN JAMÓN

The Iberian loin is one of the most valued and tasty pieces. Made from the Iberian loin of our Iberian pigs, it is traditionally prepared with salt, paprika and garlic before stuffing it into a natural casing. It is then naturally cured in a controlled environment. The marbled effect in each slice makes the Iberian loin so distinctive, giving it that delicate aroma and fantastic flavor. The whole piece vacuum packaging ensures that all the nuances of flavor are perfectly preserved. San Jamón has its own Iberian product factory. The curing and elaboration of sausage is done in Guijuelo.
