Iberian Cebo Shoulder with artisanal curing. Obtained from the front legs of Iberian pigs from our farm. A snack appreciated for its smooth texture and delicious flavor. The Iberian shoulder has regular specks of intramuscular fat that give it its tasty flavor. The shoulders are produced following centuries-old artisanal methods used by the ham masters. The healing process lasts up to 26 months. The whole piece format makes the product speak for itself. San Jamón has its own Iberian pig farm and produces and cures its products in the center of the Iberian industry, Guijuelo.
