Prepared following artisanal processes and with the best spices, when the master craftsmen have verified that it has the correct curing point, it obtains its best flavor and aroma. Its vacuum presentation and sliced in sachets of 100 keep each of its unbeatable characteristics intact. San Jamón has its own Iberian pig farm, the preparation and curing takes place in Guijuelo.
