Cebo Iberian Ham with artisanal curing. Obtained from the hind legs of Iberian pigs from our farm. A snack appreciated for its smooth texture and delicious flavor. Iberian ham has regular specks of intramuscular fat that give it its tasty flavor. The hams are produced following centuries-old artisanal methods used by the ham masters. The curing process lasts up to 26 months.The whole piece format makes the product speak for itself. San Jamón has its own Iberian ham farm. It makes and cures its products in Guijuelo.
