The boneless Iberian shoulder, presented in halves and vacuum packed, will allow anyone to enjoy the product and have it ready to cut. The Iberian shoulder comes from the front legs of our Iberian pigs. Iberian shoulders are highly valued for their unctuous and rich texture and their marbled texture with the small streaks of fat that make each bite an unbeatable experience. The shoulders are produced following a traditional method that has been followed by the ham masters of Salamanca for centuries. The healing period is at least 24 months. It is presented vacuum packed and weighs around 1.2 Kg.
