The Iberian loin is one of the most valued and tasty pieces. Made from the Iberian loin of our Iberian pigs, it is traditionally prepared with salt, paprika and garlic before stuffing it into a natural casing. It is then naturally cured in a controlled environment. The marbled effect in each slice makes the Iberian loin so distinctive, giving it that delicate aroma and fantastic flavor. Vacuum packaging ensures that when the pack is opened, the aroma and flavor remain in perfect condition. Our company has its own Iberian pig farm and carries out the curing and production of sausage in Guijuelo, the artisanal center of Iberian production.
