70% cocoa content A very original chocolate made from the famous whitening Javacriollo and Trinitario from Venezuela. They get their smoky aroma from the drying process over a wood fire. It is refined with ancho chili. Perfect with fine cigars from Cuba, Sumatra or the Dominican Republic. Suitable for peated whiskeys and wood-aged and full-bodied wines with natural sweetness such as Merlot, Barbera, Primitivo, Cabernet, Tempranillo, Carmenère or Pinotage.
