Chives

Chives are a versatile herb, popular in French Swedish cuisine. Their onion-like flavour pairs well with omelettes, scrambled eggs quiches. Stir a pinch into mashed potatoes for an interesting flavour. Use as a garnish where you want a delicate onion flavour - they're an absolute favourite in our Potato Salad: Simmer some baby potatoes for around 12 mins until cooked through, drain steam dry for a few minutes. In a separate bowl, mix 1 Tbsp of mayo 1 tsp of Dijon mustard with 1 tsp of chives; toss through the potatoes whilst they're warm enjoy straight away. This is so good, the first time we made this for a BBQ, we ate them all before anyone arrived so had to make more! 14g resealable pot.
