Oolong tea Wuyi Rock Rou Gui 50gr

Oolong Wuyi Rock Rou Gui tea is a variety of yancha (rock oolong) that is quite widespread and highly appreciated, so much so that it is often called the fifth bush, thus adding to the four most famous types of tea from the Wuyi mountains. 

The popularity of the Rou Gui variety is due to its good diffusion throughout the mountainous area north-west of Fujian and its flavor. 

Furthermore, the leaves of this tea also lend themselves well to being roasted several times and, often, they are combined with other varieties of yancha to balance or reinforce the taste of the final product. 

The terms Rou Gui in Chinese mean cinnamon and have been associated with this product due to its characteristic spicy flavor, which is easy to recognize and appreciate. 

In addition to this, the Oolong Wuyi Rock Rou Gui tea presents in the first sips a slight sweetness followed by the predominant mineral aspect, in perfect balance with the roasted hints given by the processing.
