Sparkling non-alcoholic gourmet drink, 75cl: sea fennel & lemon. Non-alcoholic gastronomic sparkling wine with mineral and iodized notes, to be enjoyed as an aperitif or with dishes. Perfect pairing: oysters, tarama, smoked salmon, caviar. Box of 6 bottles. Serve as fresh. Once opened, keep for 5 days in the refrigerator. Harvested by hand on the shores of northern Brittany, our sea fennel gives Eterna I its mineral and iodized aromas. This succulent plant from the seaside, which is also found in Corsica and on the Riviera, is sometimes also called sea fennel. Its aromatic profile, close to that of samphire, evolves thanks to our fermentation process towards refined notes of pepper or clove. This extraordinary ingredient is so complex in its flavors that it is almost sufficient in itself: we simply added a touch of lemon, to reinforce the liveliness of Eterna I. Arielle Bove is originally from Brittany, where sea fennel grows on dunes and beaches. She has a particular fondness for this ingredient which reminds her of the sea air of the Atlantic and her childhood on the shores of Morbihan.
