Our Apulian pasta follows the ancient recipes of the regional tradition, characterized by craftsmanship and slow drying. Our Gigli Tricolore are a delicious variation of the original: we only use natural ingredients - tomato, beetroot, spinach - to obtain these colors and tantalize the palate.
