Kombucha Blue Pea. A unique, colorful, sweet and floral kombucha. We participated with two of our kombucha in the France Beer Challenge 2022 and we have both on the podium. We'll save this one for next year! An astonishing, dazzling color that lives up to its flavors. Of course aged in oak barrels, with an adapted SCOBY, without concentrate or added CO2, an infusion fermented from the start and not just added just before bottling. An original color, an Ayurvedic flower, an exceptional flavor. !Keep cool (2° to 6°C) and out of direct sunlight. Do not shake, be careful when opening. To be served as a special beer, glass and bottle at 45°. It really is a living product!
