Servings: 2 Cooking time: 16 minutes DIRECTIONS: bring to boil 1.3 Liter of water and 3 oro more tbsp oil or butter in large non-stick skillet. Stir in the content of the package, cover and cook over medium heat for 16 minutes. Stir spontaneously at convenience. Season to taste and drizzle with oilve oil. Add optional grated cheese and 1 knob of butter. SUGGESTIONS: cook the soup in whole milk instead of water, season with grated Parmigiano cheese.
