Tasty soup 400g.

Legumes together with potatoes are the excellence of our company located in Central Italy.   In fact, they owe their goodness to the fertile soils of Tuscia.   They are an excellent food rich in proteins, starch and mineral salts.   They are also a rich source of crude fiber.   Our soup is made up of: yellow Amarantini beans from Tuscia, variegated lentils, pearl barley and split and hulled green peas.     Soaking no / Cooking 50-60 minutes [pressure cooker cooking 20' from the start of the whistle].   All our legumes are grown in open fields by local farmers.
