Organic Roasted Peanuts

Peanuts are legumes (like beans, lentils). Its origin would be twofold, indeed, we find it throughout the Andes and even in the tomb of the Incas, but we have found in China fossil peanuts 100,000 years old. It is also called peanut, pinotte (from English peanuts), ground peas and even ground pistachio. It is an annual plant with very pretty yellow flowers that has the particularity of burying its fruits after fertilization.
