Reims ham

A culinary specialty since 1855, Reims Ham is present in the high places of gastronomy. A true flagship of Champagne, our product is made up of noble pork meats. 5 days of marinade, followed by 17 hours of cooking in a vegetable broth are essential to the development of the latter. Entirely prepared and shaped by hand by our butchers, our Reims Ham is produced using an artisanal method. Its unique texture and flavors recall the spirit of confit.  Our culinary suggestions: Ideal for enjoying crumbled or in small pieces, it accompanies your aperitifs, salads, and other culinary compositions.  In a mini sandwich or shuttle, on toast previously spread with a condiment or to accompany a salad, there is no shortage of recipes to enjoy this product in all circumstances.  Storage at room temperature. Refrigerate before tasting.
