Reims ham - The authentic recipe

It was in 1855, at the time of the Universal Exhibition in Paris, that the first trace of this regional charcuterie specialty seems to come back to us. Simple in appearance, the real recipe is nevertheless jealously kept secret by the Reims charcutiers. One thing is certain, it is made up of delicious pieces of pork (ham and pallet) before being cooked in a vegetable broth.  Our Reims Ham is slowly marinated for 5 days before being handcrafted by our teams of charcutiers using traditional and artisanal know-how. This recipe, whose reputation is not new, is today greatly appreciated as an aperitif or as a starter to accompany salad or a portion of fries for example.  200g jar - Suitable for 2 to 3 people - Long-term storage.
