Our cous cous are designed to take you on a trip around the world without any type of additive. The best ingredients from the Mediterranean garden, dehydrated at their optimal point, combined with the right spices and wheat semolina provide you with a healthy dish, 100% vegetable, practical and very tasty. Mildly spicy, this recipe is the perfect solution for a flavorful, impromptu meal that comes together in five minutes. You only have to add boiling water in the same proportions as the cous cous and cover it for a few minutes to enjoy a healthy, tasty and nutritious dish that you can accompany with a protein or legume such as chickpeas. HOW TO USE: 1. Boil 400 ml of water in a saucepan with 5 g of salt (or to taste) and two tablespoons of oil. 2. Remove from the heat and pour the contents of the tray. 3. Wait 5 minutes with the casserole covered and separate the grains of cous cous with a fork before serving. (For one person, the quantities are approx. 75 g of cous cous and 100 ml of water.
