The Trevijano Curry Risotto is a totally vegetable dish, with great aromatic power and flavor. With only five ingredients, this Risotto is a delicious option to have in the pantry when we want to eat well without too much effort or have little time to cook. The Trevijano Curry Risotto has rice, onion, green pepper, red pepper and curry. Nothing else. Without additives, the dehydration of the vegetables allows us to do without any preservative, including salt, so our recipes are suitable for everyone. This mixture of rice and vegetables will surprise you with its simplicity, texture, aroma and flavor. Just add hot water a little at a time and salt to taste to get a honeyed risotto with an explosive flavor that curry lovers will love. A 100% vegetable dish, ideal for those who decide to take care of their diet without giving up the pleasure of eating. HOW TO USE: 1-In a casserole, heat two tablespoons of oil and add the contents of the tray. Stir for 1 min. 2-Add 7 g of salt (or to taste). If you want, you can add 50 ml of white wine and let it evaporate. 3-Add little by little about 750 ml of hot water, stirring until smooth and al dente (medium heat). 4-Remove from the heat and, if you like, mix with Parmesan cheese. (For one person, the quantities are about 95 g of rice and 300 ml of water. Remember to shake the tray beforehand so that there is a homogeneous mixture.)
