TREVIJANO Mediterranean cous cous - 300g tray - 4 servings

Trevijano Mediterranean cous cous is a pantry staple for three reasons: - Lasts a long time and does not take up space: up to 18 months without refrigeration (even open). - It is always ready when we need it: it is prepared in five minutes with boiling water, salt and olive oil. - It is healthy and tasty: it only contains vegetable ingredients and spices. Without additives, we always have a very tasty dish made with dehydrated vegetables at their point. Dehydration is an ancient food preservation technique. By removing water from vegetables, we stop the aging process, so there is no need to add additives or preservatives to enjoy vegetables for a long time. In the case of cous cous, just add boiling water to rehydrate the ingredients. With a little salt to taste and extra virgin olive oil, we obtain a healthy, easy to prepare and very tasty dish in just five minutes. HOW TO USE: 1. Boil 400 ml of water in a saucepan with 5 g of salt (or to taste) and two tablespoons of oil. 2. Remove from the heat and pour the contents of the tray. 3. Wait 5 minutes with the casserole covered and separate the grains of cous cous with a fork before serving. (For one person, the quantities are approx. 75 g of cous cous and 100 ml of water. Remember to shake the tray beforehand so that a homogeneous mixture remains.) The touch that we like is to prepare it in a salad with cherry tomatoes, olives, feta cheese and olive oil.
