Our dehydrated tomato is extremely dry and without added salt, making it completely natural with a very concentrated flavor. You can eat it directly in paellas and stews or rehydrate it to make fresh tomato for sauces or to eat in skewers and canapés. HOW TO USE: Previously rehydrate in warm water for about 15-20 minutes.
