Juliana Soup is Trevijano's first recipe. That's how it all started. Its composition has remained unchanged for more than 100 years and today it continues to be our best-selling product. It has carrot, potato, parsnip, leek, onion, cabbage, celery and parsley. Consumers have told us that in addition to using this vegetable mix as a soup, there are a thousand other uses for it. A mixture of dehydrated vegetables that consumers use in a thousand different ways, in addition to its original use as a soup. HOW TO USE: PER SERVING (remember to shake the tray so that there is a homogeneous mixture). 1. Put 2 tablespoons of vegetables (12.5 g) in a casserole. 2. Add 1/2 l of water, 2 g of salt (or to taste) and 1 tablespoon of oil. 3. When it starts to boil, cook over medium/high heat for 25 minutes.
