Its very high vanillin content, characteristic of Ugandan vanilla, gives the pods powerful vanilla, cocoa and wild notes, making it a must for cooks looking for new flavors. His secret? A late harvest, and a slow ripening process, which allows the development of complex and intense aromas. The recent boom in the vanilla sector in Uganda has enabled our local partners to fully engage in projects with high social value: creation of sustainable jobs, education, training, fair and constant remuneration for small producers. Our Uganda vanilla pods are available to you in a single size: 16 cm.
