The fiber of Uganda vanilla is similar to that of the Comoros, wide and flat. Its dress is rather matte. Its aroma is rather animal with a scent reminiscent of leather and peat. Directions for use This vanilla is often recommended for savory applications, with fish, poultry, cream preparations. However, it can go very well with chocolate or exotic fruits like mango or roasted pineapple.
