Sparkling Wine - Spumante - Muse Rosé 20CL

Blend of 95% Glera, the main grape variety of the Prosecco appellation and 5% Raboso, a red grape variety which gives its natural rosé color. Fermentation for 60 days between the two blended grape varieties in order to delicately unify the juice. The nose is fruity with notes of small red fruits (berries, currants, raspberries). The mouth is round and delicate on the cherry, with a light acidity perfectly controlled.
