Brut sparkling wine produced exclusively from Garganega grapes, harvested a little earlier to preserve its natural freshness. A fine and persistent perlage accompanies the slight initial sweetness in a fresh and elegant finish. Cold skin maceration for 10-15 hours at 6-8°C. According to the Charmat method, the first fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 15-17°C for 10-12 days, followed by the second fermentation. in an autoclave for approximately 90 days.
