Fully ripe rose hips from our own organically managed facilities are picked by hand after the first frost in winter and processed gently. The rose hips are washed and then the green parts left over from picking are cut away. Then the early crops are placed in a very clean and mature schnapps. Then you give the schnapps and the rose hips enough time. After enough time, the leached fruits are removed and the liqueur is filtered once and then carefully bottled.
