At the right time, the still green nuts are harvested by hand from our nut trees and then gently processed. The nuts are each individually cut into 4 pieces and then placed in a very clean and mature schnapps. Then the filled schnapps balloon is placed in the semi-sun so that the nuts release their taste and color 100%. After enough time, the liqueur gets its typical brown color.
