After being gently pressed, fully ripe and very aromatic muscat spent grains are processed and made into a mash. After a sufficient maceration time, the mash is distilled in a very gentle process. This resulting rough firing is then fired a second time to obtain the desired, high-quality fine firing. It is important here that only the middle part of the fine brandy is taken, as this brings out the most aromas and the alcohol is best integrated.
