Tuna delight - 100 grams

The tuna delight is the meeting between Brittany and Provence. We chose two varieties of tuna to then use in our “sea” recipe, again without preservatives or colorings. Albacore tuna provides a nice flesh texture and Albacore tuna offers a slightly more pronounced taste. The marriage of these two offers a subtle and balanced association, enhanced by chives, organic mayonnaise and a hint of mustard. Ingredients: Tuna (60%) (Albacore & Albacore), organic mayonnaise (sunflower oil, egg yolk, vinegar, water, mustard (water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, preservative: sodium bisulfite), sugar, salt, pepper, thickener: xanthan gum), capers, lemon juice, garlic, chives, salt. Store in a cool place after opening.
