Tuna delight - 100 grams

The delight of tuna is the meeting between Brittany and Provence. We have chosen two varieties of tuna to then work them in our "sea" recipe, always without preservatives or colorings. The Albacore tuna brings a nice texture of flesh and the Albacore tuna offers a slightly more pronounced taste. The marriage of these two offers a subtle and balanced association, enhanced by chives, organic mayonnaise and a hint of mustard.
