Produced with Tuscan durum wheat semolina, handcrafted and dried at low temperature. They are characterized by the presence of wheat germ, the heart of the wheat grain, which is reintroduced during the processing of the wheat, through artisanal techniques. Of excellent consistency, they pair perfectly with meat and mushroom-based sauces. They can be mixed with Tagliatelle with Porcini Mushrooms, having the same cooking minutes (8 minutes), for a more colorful and flavorful dish!
