Ocumare 74% - Aragua, Venezuela

On the coast of Venezuela, the richest and most complex cocoa in the world is found. In particular, La Hacienda Las Bromelias is a plantation where Ocumare 60 varieties of cocoa are kept, Ocumare 61 and Ocumare 67 which give us chocolates with unique, delicate and persistent softness and aromas. In the aromatic profile we find notes of dried fruits and cream accompanied by a mineral flavor, then a sweet background of red fruits and a complex floral bouquet.
