We are Venezuelan chocolate makers located in Italy, we work exclusively with the finest varieties of cocoa from Venezuela. We follow the bean to bar method, which consists in contacting the farmers directly to guarantee the processes right from the cultivation of the beans and then doing all the selection, refining and packaging in our laboratory.
