Organic mustard with fresh seaweed, turmeric and Timut pepper

This mustard is made from a medium-strong organic Dijon mustard base. Fresh kombu royal, dulse and sea lettuce are washed, pressed, chopped and incorporated into the mustard to make up 29% of the recipe. The whole thing is spiced up with a pinch of turmeric and a hint of Timut pepper, also called grapefruit pepper. The aromas of this mustard develop particularly during cooking (on fish for example), but you can easily use it every day like a traditional mustard!
