This old Languedoc grape variety planted on the banks of the Etang de Thau was forgotten at the end of the 20th century. The nose is fruity, fresh, pleasant with its notes of exotic fruits, citrus fruits and a nice minerality on the finish. The mouth is straight, refreshing but also has beautiful fruity and ample notes with this very characteristic saline touch.
