White Whiskey Malt Brandy ESPIGA

Resulting from the distillation in a copper still of a malt must (without hopping), L'Espiga is a New Make or White Whiskey, i.e. a malt brandy. It is in fact the base of the whiskey before its aging in barrels. It develops a complex aromatic palette ranging from agricultural rum to cereals.
