Organic Jura Forest Honey Cuvée 75CL

This innovative cuvée of sparkling Organic Extra-Brut Hydromel comes from the pure fermentation of Jura mountain flower honey harvested by the Les Compagnons du Miel cooperative. 
 This light and delicate cuvée offers aromas of flowers and plant essences foraged by bees in the heart of the Jura massif: bramble, linden, acacia, hawthorn, dandelion and even fir and a finish of aromas of wild strawberries. Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany cheese!    The organic honey that makes up this vintage comes from French fair trade certified Agri-ethical, it is committed to fair remuneration for producers, respect for bees and consumers and supports sustainable and reasoned beekeeping.    Bulles de Ruche is the brand that brings Mead up to date. Each vintage is produced in a 100% natural way (honey, water, yeast and CO2) to obtain a sparkling, fresh product and above all containing less sugar and less alcohol (4.5% alc. flight.)than a traditional mead.
