Honey coffee has an interesting balance between the fruity flavors of natural coffee and the clarity of washed coffee. It can offer notes of honey, caramel and yellow-fleshed fruits, with moderate acidity. This coffee is the result of the work of 26 families from the Risaralda region in Colombia. Engaged in the production of specialty coffee, these families also take care to preserve the environment and are paid for their efforts, well above the market price of coffee.
