This year we bought a washed coffee and a natural coffee from the same Ethiopian station, Beloya. It is a wonderful experience for our customers to taste two coffees from the same terroir, whose coffee beans have been extracted and processed differently, and to bring our vision as a roaster to them. This natural version (sun-dried cherries) offers a rounder coffee, more body, and even more fruit, a little less floral notes although present and notes of milk chocolate help to round out the cup. In espresso, you will get a coffee with body, fruity notes of blueberries, a slight acidity and an aftertaste of milk chocolate. The acidity will complement milky drinks very well for slightly floral and fruity lattes.Intensity: 3/5 Tasting Notes: Blueberries, lavender and milk chocolate Drying Method: Natural Altitude: 1699 - 1719m Coffee Variety: Dega, Kudhume, Wolisho Harvest Date: November 2023 - February 2024
