Chef selection for catering. Green olives bruised, crushed and pitted by hand – 580 ml. A fine recipe with a laborious process, obtained by manually processing the Don Carlo variety olives, which are first crushed and then pitted. After a few days in brine the olives are seasoned and placed in glass jars. Ingredients: pitted green olives var. Don Carlo; high oleic sunflower seed oil; extra virgin olive oil; whole sea salt; hot chili pepper; garlic; oregano. Without preservatives and colorants.
