“In 2019, I undertook a long initiatory trip to Asia. One day, in Cambodia, I discovered a product of exceptional quality, Kampot pepper.
Very surprised by these new flavors and naturally curious, I decided to meet its producers. Ancestral traditions and exceptional know-how, this is the recipe for the best pepper in the world.
Imagine, each grain of pepper is sorted with tweezers. You can feel it on the plate! They knew how to pass on their passion to me. I wanted to share it with you.

Our Producers
Cavya, an ethical and authentic brand.
Our producers respect their land by growing without pesticides. They observe the principles of permaculture, they use only natural fertilizers. The farms do not exceed 200 to 300 pepper stakes in order to provide particular care to each plant.
In order to preserve this ancestral know-how, the farms are managed in complete autonomy by Cambodian families. Prices are set 6 months before the harvest and are similar for all partners. To meet their needs, a deposit of 30% is paid to them at the same time.
