Organic pasta - 15 Risoni (6kg bag)

Risoni, also called orzo, pépinettes or even bird's tongues, are part of the C range of dried pasta.Q.f.D! If their name, their shape and their size evoke those of grains of rice, risoni are indeed pasta! Just like our entire range of white pasta, they are made in our workshop near Meaux from organic durum wheat semolina grown in Île-de-France. Pasta C.Q.f.D. are dried slowly and at low temperature to retain the authentic flavor of durum wheat, as well as all its nutrients, and ensure good digestibility. They are also drawn in bronze, which gives them this rough texture which allows them to retain the sauce for even greater deliciousness. Risoni can be enjoyed both in salads and in risotto for a trompe-l'oeil effect.
