Salers/Angus beef whiting, vacuum packed - 250 g

Our Salers-Angus cattle are raised on grass, with feed produced on the farm in winter. Our meat is extremely renowned for its marbling and tenderness. Whiting is a piece of the back of the thigh, very tender. The pieces are approximately 250 g ± 30 g. DLC upon receipt of the products: 8 days at least. Delivery time: 3 to 6 days, depending on the date the order is placed. Ordering: Monday morning before 12 p.m. for delivery Wednesday morning.
