Bitter orange ratafia

It is handcrafted by maceration of fresh, whole organic bitter orange from an Italian producer, wine, sugar and our house alcohol distilled over a wood fire. 70 cl 18 degree It is handcrafted once a year to enhance the freshness of the products and worked by hand by Loïc to preserve the aromas and its length in the mouth. The bitter orange, from the bitter orange tree, is a citrus fruit smaller than the sweet orange. It is used for jam and for macerations. This aperitif is eaten fresh or shaken (with ice cubes) to bring out the scent of citrus fruits. It can also be eaten as a sorbet, see our recipe on our Facebook page. It is unfiltered.
